Associate, Early-Stage Investments

Premji Invest is looking for an Associate to join their early-stage investments team. In this role, you’ll dive deep into research and due diligence, helping to identify promising companies in the tech space. You’ll work closely with experienced investment professionals and have the chance to shape investment strategies while supporting portfolio companies. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about technology and investment.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct research on markets in AI, Software, and Deep Tech.
• Develop investment theses based on your research.
• Run due diligence on potential investment opportunities.
• Write investment memos and present findings to the investment committee.
• Track companies in your areas of coverage.
• Support portfolio companies with recruiting and strategy.

What You Need

• 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or venture investing.
• Experience in engineering or product at a technology company is a plus.
• Ability to quickly learn about technical markets.
• Strong analytical skills, especially in financial analysis.
• Clear and direct writing skills for memos.
• Genuine interest in technology.
• Willingness to form and defend your own views.
