What You’ll Do
- Conduct in-depth research and financial analysis to evaluate new investment opportunities.
- Build and maintain complex financial models.
- Monitor portfolio company performance and assist in strategic initiatives.
- Support transaction execution, including due diligence and deal structuring.
- Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for discussions.
- Collaborate with senior team members and external advisors throughout the investment lifecycle.
- Assist with fundraising activities and limited partner reporting.
What You Need
- 2-3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or industry, especially in the energy sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, engineering, or a related field.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
- Deep interest in the energy industry and understanding of sector trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
