Associate, Equity Strategic Finance

Apollo Global Management is looking for an Associate to join their Strategic Finance team. This role focuses on financial modeling, forecasting, and supporting the Equity & Hybrid businesses. You’ll work on complex financial analyses and help improve reporting processes, all while being part of a dynamic and collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting and profitability.
• Enhance existing reporting and analyses for stakeholders.
• Source and analyze data for budgets and forecasts.
• Assist with special projects and system implementations.
• Lead efforts to improve reporting efficiency using AI.
• Provide timely and insightful information to senior leadership.

What You Need

• 3+ years of financial analysis experience, ideally in Investment Banking, FP&A, or Big-4 valuation.
• Strong Excel modeling skills are a must.
• Passionate about learning and understanding business mechanics.
• Exceptional PowerPoint presentation skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and financial reasoning abilities.
• Detail-oriented with great organizational skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
