Associate, ESG Data & Investor Reporting

Ares Management is looking for an Associate to join their ESG Data & Investor Reporting team. In this role, you’ll help communicate the firm’s sustainability efforts to investors through data analysis and reporting. You’ll work closely with various teams to ensure accurate and timely ESG metrics are shared. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about sustainability and data analytics.

What You’ll Do

• Work with the ESG team to turn reporting needs into solid data solutions.
• Integrate data from various ESG vendors into our reporting systems.
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards for visualizing ESG metrics.
• Ensure data accuracy through quality checks.
• Support carbon accounting initiatives and reporting.
• Manage ESG software platforms for smooth data collection.

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field like math, environmental science, or economics.
• Strong skills in SQL and Excel for data work.
• Experience with Power BI for creating dashboards.
• Good communication and documentation abilities.
