Ares Management is looking for an Associate to join their European Liquid Credit Investor Relations team in London. This role involves supporting investor relations activities, preparing marketing materials, and managing investor data. The ideal candidate will have a background in finance and strong communication skills, working closely with various teams to deliver insights and reports to clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Support Product Specialists in sharing insights with clients.
  • Help create and update client-facing materials like presentations and fund updates.
  • Produce regular portfolio reports and respond to investor requests.
  • Maintain data for consultant databases and RFPs.
  • Work with various teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Assist in preparing for client meetings and customizing materials.
  • Identify ways to improve data collection and reporting processes.

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s Degree in economics, finance, accounting, or marketing.
  • 3+ years of experience in the financial industry, especially in fixed income or credit markets.
  • Strong writing and editing skills to create clear materials.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with all levels of the organization.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach.
