Associate, European Core Plus Investing

Apollo Global Management is looking for an Associate to join their European Core Plus team in Zurich. This role involves working closely with the real estate equity team on investment processes, focusing on European investments. The Associate will engage in various tasks from financial modeling to portfolio monitoring, contributing to the firm’s strategic investment decisions.

What You’ll Do

• Support investment activities with analytical and project work.
• Build financial models and conduct various financial analyses.
• Work with external advisors like accountants and consultants.
• Analyze existing portfolio investments and evaluate new acquisitions.
• Prepare materials for investment committee discussions.
• Monitor and report on portfolio performance.

What You Need

• 2+ years of experience in real estate investment banking or equity investing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Math, or a related field from a top university.
• Strong ability to contribute to strategic discussions and collaborate with teams.
• Experience in capital structuring and cash flow analysis.
• Good judgment in identifying risks and proposing solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in European languages is a plus.
