Associate, Family Office Investing

Vinta Mittelstand is looking for an Investment Associate to join their team in Munich. In this role, you’ll be involved in the entire deal lifecycle, from sourcing to closing. You’ll work closely with management and take on significant responsibilities early on. This is a great opportunity to make a real impact in a growing family office.

What You’ll Do

• Manage all phases of transactions from initial evaluation to closing.
• Build and maintain relationships with M&A advisors and identify new investment opportunities.
• Create company and market analyses, financial models, and investment memos.
• Lead workstreams in due diligence processes.
• Participate in management meetings and support negotiation processes.

What You Need

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or similar.
• 1-3 years of experience in Private Equity, M&A Advisory, or Consulting.
• Strong knowledge in company valuation and financial modeling.
• Analytical mindset with a hands-on entrepreneurial attitude.
• Structured and independent working style with high self-motivation.
