Associate, Finance Transformation

What You’ll Do

• Drive automation and AI reporting solutions for finance transformation.
• Work with accounting teams on preparing financial reports like 10-Ks and 10-Qs.
• Ensure accurate financial results in fund statements and SEC filings.
• Manage relationships with internal and external auditors.
• Contribute positively to the team culture.
• Assist with various analysis and projects as needed.
• Help execute the team’s strategic finance transformation plan.

What You Need

• BS or higher in Accounting or Finance is a must.
• CPA license is required.
• 4+ years of experience in public or mixed public/private accounting.
• Familiarity with AI automation and reporting solutions like Workiva.
• Knowledge of SEC reporting and public company disclosure is essential.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Team player who enjoys collaboration.
