-- Antler is looking for a Finance Associate to join their team in Stockholm. This role is all about supporting finance operations across the Nordics, working closely with the Finance Manager and local Partners. You’ll have real ownership from day one, handling everything from accounting to compliance, and you’ll be part of a dynamic team that values initiative and clear thinking.
What You’ll Do
- Own monthly management accounts and deliver variance analysis
- Support annual budgeting and forecasting
- Analyze fund performance KPIs and produce quarterly reports
- Assist with treasury, working capital, and cash flow management
- Lead payroll and tax compliance across Nordic entities
- Coordinate annual audits with external auditors
- Ensure timely reporting to investors and regulators
What You Need
- At least one year of experience in finance, accounting, or business management
- Comfortable with ambiguity and can own tasks from start to finish
- Detail-oriented and process-driven with strong quantitative instincts
- Highly organized and can manage multiple workflows simultaneously
- Proactive communicator, comfortable presenting to Partners
- Eye for improvements and interested in using AI in workflows
- Experience in VC or fund accounting is a bonus
