Associate, Flagship Europe – Venture & Energy Investing

Energy Impact Partners is looking for an Associate for their Flagship Investment team in Europe. This role is a fantastic entry point into venture capital, where you’ll work closely with top investors and entrepreneurs. You’ll be involved in identifying investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and supporting portfolio management, all while contributing to a sustainable energy future.

What You’ll Do

• Identify attractive investment themes and source potential investments.
• Conduct thorough due diligence on investment opportunities.
• Research key market trends and dynamics.
• Develop materials for internal investment committee presentations.
• Provide ongoing support and analysis for portfolio management.

What You Need

• 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, equity research, strategy consulting, private equity, or venture capital.
• Strong commitment to climate change and the climate tech ecosystem.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent financial and analytical skills.
• Self-starter with strong attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and a team player.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
