Associate, FP&A

Blackstone is looking for a motivated Associate to join their Private Wealth FP&A team. In this role, you’ll analyze business initiatives, prepare reports, and support strategic planning efforts. What You’ll Do

• Analyze key business initiatives to provide actionable insights.
• Prepare presentations for senior management summarizing findings.
• Produce financial reports to track and analyze expenses.
• Assist in strategic planning and budgeting processes.
• Model financial impacts of new business initiatives.
• Ensure data integrity and quality control.
• Manage datasets for efficient reporting.
• Consolidate information from various sources.

What You Need

• 3+ years of experience in financial services or related fields.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Expert in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Tableau, Salesforce, and Sigma.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
