Associate, FP&A Credit Strategy

The Blackstone Credit & Insurance FP&A Associate role is a great opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills and financial modeling experience. In this position, you’ll support financial analysis and reporting while collaborating with various teams across the firm. You’ll be involved in maintaining financial models, preparing management reports, and assisting with AUM reporting. It’s a fast-paced environment where you can make a real impact.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain and enhance financial models for forecasts and projections
• Support fund models with updates on investment activity and performance
• Collaborate with investment teams on reporting and analyses
• Prepare management reports on financial performance for leadership
• Assist with AUM reporting and related analyses
• Support financial reporting processes and coordination with finance teams
• Prepare ad hoc financial analyses for senior management
• Participate in special projects as needed

What You Need

• Undergraduate degree required; Finance or Accounting preferred
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience
• Experience in investment banking, FP&A, or asset management is a plus
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Exceptional financial modeling capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic and collaborative mindset
• Excellent time management and communication skills
