Associate, Fund Finance

Blackstone is looking for an Associate to join their EMEA Fund Finance team in London. In this role, you’ll be a key player in managing fund accounting, liquidity, and financial reporting. You’ll collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and compliance. This is a great opportunity to grow your career in a leading global investment firm.

What You’ll Do

• Act as a key liaison between various internal and external stakeholders
• Work on fund accounting and administration tasks
• Monitor liquidity and support treasury operations
• Analyze financial information for reporting to senior stakeholders
• Organize Fund board meetings and coordinate reporting
• Manage the delivery of financial statements and audits
• Ensure tax compliance and assist with technical accounting matters

What You Need

• Degree and ACA qualified (or equivalent accounting qualification)
• 2 – 4 years of post-qualification experience
• Expertise in IFRS accounting and financial reporting
• Experience in Credit funds or asset management is a plus
• Strong analytical skills with Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and pay attention to detail
• Willingness to take on additional projects
