Associate, Global Health Investing

AXA Investment Managers is looking for an Investment Associate to join their Global Health Investing team in New York. In this role, you’ll support the investment strategy by conducting due diligence, building relationships, and managing a portfolio of global health companies. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in private equity or venture capital who is passionate about making a positive impact in the health sector.

What You’ll Do

• Support the investment strategy for global health companies.
• Conduct due diligence and financial analysis for investments.
• Build relationships with co-investors and entrepreneurs.
• Help manage the investment portfolio and monitor performance.
• Interface with external service providers for deal execution.
• Assist in project management and process improvements.

What You Need

• Experience in private equity, venture capital, or investment analysis.
• Strong skills in financial modeling and valuation.
• Background in impact investing is a plus.
• Familiarity with medical devices or pharmaceuticals is helpful.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A university degree, preferably with a PhD or medical degree.
