What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage the eSourcing program across the GP Stakes portfolio
• Set and track savings goals, aiming for over $100M annually
• Engage with portfolio companies to promote eSourcing practices
• Utilize spend analytics to identify new sourcing opportunities
• Coordinate with the Blackstone Sourcing Center for eSourcing events
• Maintain databases and facilitate regular meetings

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in eSourcing or strategic sourcing roles
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Advanced Excel proficiency is a must
• Experience with eSourcing tools and processes
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive change
• Prior experience in private equity is a plus
