Associate, Growth Equity Investing

Adams Street Partners is looking for an Associate in their Growth Equity team based in Menlo Park, CA. This role involves supporting investment due diligence and market research in the infrastructure software sector. You’ll have the chance to work closely with high-growth companies and contribute to strategic initiatives within the firm.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with all aspects of investment due diligence, including market and financial analysis.
• Conduct extensive market research to identify new investment opportunities.
• Build relationships with private companies and attend industry conferences.
• Support internal processes and strategic initiatives.

What You Need

• 2-4 years of experience in technology investment banking, consulting, or investing.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, especially in Excel modeling.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Passion for infrastructure software and growth businesses.
