Associate, Growth Equity Investing

Argentum Capital Partners is looking for a Growth Equity Associate to join their New York team. This role involves engaging in all aspects of the investment lifecycle, from sourcing opportunities to supporting portfolio companies. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in finance and a passion for business services and tech-enabled sectors.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct market research to identify investment opportunities
• Screen and reach out to potential investments
• Develop financial and valuation models
• Manage the due diligence process for new investments
• Write investment memos and perform analyses
• Support portfolio companies in various functional areas

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier school
• At least two years of relevant work experience
• Interest in sourcing and market research
• Comfort with financial modeling and investment analysis
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
• Self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
