Associate, Growth Equity Investing

CPP Investments is looking for an Associate to join their Growth Equity team in Toronto. In this role, you’ll dive into fund and company diligence, build relationships with top investors, and monitor investments. What You’ll Do

• Help evaluate and underwrite commitments to growth equity funds.
• Review fund materials and assess performance.
• Manage relationships with existing fund partners.
• Support co-investments in top growth companies.
• Monitor existing investments and assist in asset management.

What You Need

• 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, or early/growth stage investing.
• Passion for disruptive technology and building relationships.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Experience with due diligence processes.
