Associate, Growth Equity Investing

Crescent Enterprises is looking for a Private Equity Associate to join their growth equity team in Dubai. This role involves sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities across the MENA region, particularly in the UAE and KSA. The Associate will support the investment lifecycle and help drive growth for portfolio companies. What You’ll Do

• Conduct in-depth financial modeling and investment analysis.
• Research market trends to find promising growth opportunities.
• Help with due diligence and work with various stakeholders.
• Prepare materials for investment committees and internal reports.
• Monitor the performance of portfolio companies and support their growth strategies.
• Build relationships within the investment community in the UAE and KSA.

What You Need

• At least 4 years of experience in investing, preferably in growth equity or private equity.
• Strong skills in financial modeling and analysis.
• Experience with equity transactions is a plus.
• Good understanding of the MENA market, especially UAE and KSA.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Team player who can adapt in a fast-paced environment.
