Associate, Product, Venture & Growth Equity

Hamilton Lane is looking for an Associate to join their Product Team, focusing on Venture Capital and Growth Equity solutions. In this role, you’ll support product operations, assist with fundraising, and manage relationships with investors. What You’ll Do

• Help manage product operations and fundraising efforts
• Support the sales team with RFPs and due diligence documents
• Update and maintain product marketing materials
• Assist in launching new products
• Respond to investor inquiries and review analyst work

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years in financial services, ideally in product marketing or management
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to work well in a team
