Associate, Growth/Private Equity Investing

ACL Partners is looking for an Investment Associate to join their Milan team. This role involves working closely with senior leadership on sourcing and executing investments in the growth and private equity space. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and a passion for private markets, making a significant impact on the firm’s investment strategies.

What You’ll Do

• Support and lead investment execution, including market analysis and transaction structuring.
• Prepare investment memos and presentations for stakeholders.
• Conduct analysis on potential investment targets and portfolio companies.
• Assist with value creation initiatives post-investment.

What You Need

• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or venture capital.
• Strong skills in financial modeling and valuation.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
