Associate, Healthcare Incubations

Primary Venture Partners is looking for an Associate to join their Healthcare Incubations team in New York. This role is perfect for someone with a strong analytical background who is excited about improving healthcare systems. You’ll be involved in researching and developing new startup ideas while building relationships across the healthcare ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

• Support idea generation and vetting for new healthcare startups
• Build relationships with payors, providers, and strategic partners
• Conduct market analysis and customer research
• Develop business models and go-to-market strategies
• Create pitch decks and investor materials

What You Need

• 4+ years of experience in consulting, banking, private equity, or healthtech startups
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build and cultivate relationships with industry leaders
• Comfortable with financial models and business concepts
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for the startup ecosystem
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills
