Associate, Healthcare Strategy and Analytics

The Blackstone Operating Team is looking for an Associate to join their Healthcare Strategy and Analytics group. In this role, you’ll help drive value creation for portfolio companies by providing strategic analysis on healthcare benefits and costs. You’ll work closely with company leadership and investment teams to translate healthcare data into actionable insights.

What You’ll Do

• Work with portfolio companies to find value creation opportunities
• Engage with HR and Finance teams to guide strategic decisions
• Advise on healthcare benefits and funding options
• Support investment teams with healthcare due diligence
• Analyze healthcare cost trends and performance
• Develop methodologies to measure value creation

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 6+ years of experience in healthcare consulting or related field
• 2+ years in a client-facing role preferred
• Experience with self-insured employer sponsored health plans
• Strong financial modeling skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Highly organized and self-directed
