Associate, High Grade Capital Solutions

Apollo Global Management is looking for an Associate to join their High Grade Capital Solutions team. This role involves developing and managing complex investment opportunities, with a focus on financial modeling and structuring. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investment banking or asset management and will play a key role in the investment process from origination to execution.

What You’ll Do

• Work on structuring complex investment transactions.
• Develop financial models to assess investment opportunities.
• Research and analyze potential investments.
• Prepare presentations for executive audiences.
• Create investment memorandums for senior leadership.
• Build relationships with service providers and consultants.

What You Need

• 2-5 years of experience in investment banking or asset management.
• Strong analytical and technical skills.
• Experience with complex transaction structuring.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Team player with a strong work ethic.
• Proactive self-starter who can manage projects effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
