$3.5B NewSpring Capital is on the lookout for a Holdings Strategy Associate to join their team. In this role, you’ll be involved in sourcing new deals and managing existing portfolio companies. You’ll get hands-on experience throughout the investment lifecycle, from due diligence to portfolio management, all while working closely with a team of investment professionals.
What You’ll Do
- Help execute transactions across various industries
- Evaluate and analyze potential investment opportunities
- Conduct thorough due diligence and create investment models
- Prepare investment memorandums and present to the Investment Committee
- Assist in managing and monitoring portfolio companies
- Perform market research and analyze competitive landscapes
What You Need
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in private equity or investment banking
- Strong analytical skills and financial modeling expertise
- Detail-oriented with a knack for problem-solving
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in high-pressure situations
- Connection to the greater Philadelphia area is a plus
