Britebound is looking for an Impact Investing Associate to join their team in Boston. This temporary role offers a chance to dive into the investment process, from sourcing deals to conducting due diligence. What You’ll Do

• Source and screen venture capital investment opportunities.
• Conduct financial analysis and build financial models.
• Write memos and create presentation materials for the investment committee.
• Perform industry research to support investment theses.
• Assist with monitoring portfolio performance.
• Learn to manage deal flow using Affinity CRM.
• Support the investment process from start to finish.

What You Need

• Interest in Private Equity or Impact Investing.
• Strong academic record.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work well in teams and independently.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
