Associate, Inclusive & Sustainable Ventures Group

Morgan Stanley is looking for an Associate to join their Inclusive & Sustainable Ventures Group in Budapest. This role involves supporting early-stage companies and nonprofits focused on creating a more inclusive and sustainable future. The ideal candidate will have a background in financial services or startups and a passion for venture capital. You’ll be part of a dynamic team that drives innovation and impact.

What You’ll Do

• Support MSISV companies and program alumni with strategic insights.
• Assist in planning and executing the in-house accelerator program.
• Conduct market research and financial due diligence for potential investments.
• Engage with the venture ecosystem to identify investment opportunities.
• Create presentations and reports for senior management.
• Build relationships within the venture capital community.

What You Need

• 1-3 years of experience in financial services or with early-stage companies.
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of corporate finance principles.
• Proactive self-starter with a passion for impact sectors and venture capital.
• Excellent written and communication skills in English.
• High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Attention to detail and sound judgment.
• Interest in technology, startups, and entrepreneurship.
