Associate, Infrastructure Debt Investing

Ares Management is looking for an Associate to join their Infrastructure Debt team in New York. In this role, you’ll be part of a small investment team responsible for sourcing and managing investments in infrastructure. You’ll get to build financial models, conduct due diligence, and present your findings to the investment committee. What You’ll Do

• Work closely with the investment team on new investments
• Build financial models and analyze capital structures
• Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investments
• Prepare and present investment memos
• Support deal execution and closing processes
• Research market trends and competitor intelligence
• Help identify new investment opportunities
• Assist in portfolio management for existing investments

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent
• 2-3 years of experience in investment banking or private equity
• Strong finance and analytical skills
• Proficient in financial modeling using Excel
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities
• Ability to interact confidently with senior management and investors
