Associate, Infrastructure & Real Assets Investing

Hamilton Lane is looking for an Associate to join their Infrastructure and Real Assets Investment Team. This role offers a chance to work on diverse investment opportunities in private equity infrastructure and natural resources. You’ll be involved in sourcing, due diligence, and managing investment processes while collaborating with a talented team.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in sourcing and performing due diligence on investment opportunities.
• Guide Analysts in the due diligence process and manage team resources.
• Oversee investment underwriting and communication with clients.
• Create and manage complex transaction models.
• Complete special projects and industry analysis as needed.

What You Need

• 3 to 5 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or relevant commercial roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong quantitative analytical skills and financial modeling expertise.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects and a busy workload.
• Willingness to work extended hours when necessary.
