Associate, Infrastructure Opportunities

Ares Management is looking for an Associate to join their Infrastructure Opportunities team in New York. In this role, you’ll be involved in financial modeling, due diligence, and investment execution. You’ll work closely with a team of experienced professionals in the infrastructure sector, focusing on renewable energy and other key areas. What You’ll Do

• Prepare and maintain financial models
• Assist with the due diligence process
• Help with deal structuring and execution
• Prepare materials for the investment committee
• Conduct industry and thematic research
• Monitor and report on investment performance
• Interface with portfolio companies and external partners

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience in private equity, project finance, investment banking, or related fields
• Strong finance and analytical skills
• Excellent financial modeling capabilities in Excel
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Industry knowledge is a plus
