Associate, Infrastructure Investing

The Associate, Infrastructure role at General Atlantic involves supporting the Actis team in Dubai with investments in the Middle East and Africa. What You’ll Do

• Support the investment team in evaluating new opportunities and strategies.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to inform investment decisions.
• Prepare memos for investment committees and assist in due diligence.
• Review legal contracts and identify potential risks.
• Help manage portfolio assets and support business planning with management teams.
• Prepare quarterly investment and valuation reports.

What You Need

• 3-4 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or management consulting.
• Strong analytical skills, especially in financial modeling and valuation.
• Proactive and organized, with a focus on driving initiatives to completion.
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with others, including senior managers.
• Strategic and numeric thinking capabilities.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
