Associate, Infrastructure Investments

Golding Capital Partners is looking for an Associate in Infrastructure Investments to join their team in Munich. This role involves supporting the investment team in various tasks, including due diligence and market analysis. What You’ll Do

• Support the investment team in due diligence for equity co-investments and secondary transactions
• Help identify new investment opportunities through analysis and screenings
• Prepare due diligence findings and draft investment recommendations
• Monitor existing investment portfolios and provide updates
• Contribute to fundraising activities and investor relations

What You Need

• Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or Economics
• 2-3 years of experience in Investment Banking, M&A, or Private Equity
• Exposure to infrastructure equity investments is a plus
• Strong numerical and financial modeling skills in Excel
• Fluency in German and strong English skills
