Associate, Institutional Client Solutions

In this role, you’ll support the Total Portfolio Management business by engaging with clients and helping to create customized portfolio solutions. You’ll work closely with senior team members and contribute to client initiatives, ensuring strong relationships and effective communication. What You’ll Do

• Coordinate responses to client inquiries and prepare for performance update calls.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular contact.
• Create high-quality materials to update clients on their experience.
• Attend client meetings and support strategic accounts.
• Contribute to client-related initiatives across the team.
• Assist with late-stage prospect activities and tracking.
• Produce engaging content focused on client needs.
• Help improve internal processes for a better client experience.

What You Need

• 3+ years of work experience in financial services.
• Strong academic background with an undergraduate degree.
• Experience working directly with clients or on client presentations.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Proficient in PowerPoint.
• Detail-oriented with good judgment.
• A collaborative team player who can also work independently.
