Associate, International Credit Investing

Evolution Credit Partners is looking for an Investment Associate to join their New York team. This role involves working on the full lifecycle of transactions, from origination to portfolio management, with a focus on international investments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in credit investing and thrive in a collaborative environment. What You’ll Do

• Conduct deep research on companies and industries to identify investment opportunities
• Build financial models and perform valuation analysis to support investment decisions
• Prepare investment memoranda and present findings to senior team members
• Track performance of portfolio companies and identify emerging risks
• Engage with company management and external parties to facilitate transactions

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in public or private credit investing, credit opportunities, or restructuring
• Strong financial modeling skills and understanding of finance fundamentals
• Experience with AI and large language models in investment processes
• Excellent analytical skills and due diligence experience
• Ability to analyze complex financial data and make investment recommendations
• Experience with international transactions and strong intercultural awareness
• Strong communication and organizational skills
