What You’ll Do
- Lead the firm’s financial closing and reporting processes.
- Prepare financial, tax, and regulatory reports.
- Review and stabilize accounting tasks conducted by the Center of Excellence.
- Manage and train COE staff on accounting operations.
- Coordinate with auditors and tax accountants.
- Collaborate with various finance teams across regions.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
What You Need
- 5+ years of experience in public or private accounting.
- Strong analytical and technical skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting; CPA or graduate degree preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Oracle is a plus.
