What You’ll Do
- Handle monthly close activities for assigned entities.
- Review balance sheet reconciliations and resolve variances.
- Prepare close and reporting packages with clear explanations.
- Work with various teams to ensure smooth accounting processes.
- Maintain strong internal controls over financial reporting.
- Support tax compliance and regulatory filings.
- Participate in projects to improve processes and efficiency.
What You Need
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/CA or working towards it is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in audit, accounting, or financial reporting.
- Knowledge of US GAAP / IFRS / Local GAAP.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills to meet deadlines.
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
