Associate, International Finance, Valuation

The International Finance, Valuation Associate role at Blackstone involves reviewing investment valuations and collaborating with global finance teams. This position is hands-on and requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail. You will be part of a small team in Luxembourg, working closely with various stakeholders to enhance valuation processes and support fund management.

What You’ll Do

• Review investment valuations and related materials.
• Collaborate with global finance teams to enhance processes.
• Participate in onboarding new funds.
• Prepare management information for meetings.
• Manage tasks assigned to offshore consultants.
• Propose improvements to valuation processes.
• Conduct due diligence on valuation teams.
• Handle ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks.

What You Need

• Master’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or similar field.
• 4-5 years of experience in financial services, preferably with a Big 4 background.
• Strong understanding of valuation methodologies and practices.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills to engage with various stakeholders.
