Associate, International Finance Valuation

Blackstone is looking for an Associate to join their International Finance, Valuation team in Luxembourg. This role involves reviewing investment valuations and collaborating with global finance teams. You’ll be part of a small, hands-on team, working on diverse projects and helping to improve valuation processes. It’s a great opportunity for someone with a strong finance background and a passion for valuation.

What You’ll Do

• Review investment valuations and related materials.
• Collaborate with global finance teams to enhance processes.
• Participate in onboarding new funds.
• Prepare management information for meetings.
• Manage tasks assigned to offshore consultants.
• Propose improvements to the valuation process.

What You Need

• Master’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or similar.
• 4-5 years of experience in financial services, preferably with a Big 4 background.
• Strong understanding of valuation methodologies.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of local regulatory requirements in Luxembourg.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
