What You’ll Do
- Evaluate and analyze investment opportunities in lower middle-market companies.
- Conduct market research to validate investment assumptions.
- Prepare financial models and investment recommendations for senior leadership.

- Monitor portfolio performance and identify value-creation opportunities.
- Oversee the work of junior team members when needed.
What You Need
- Strong financial modeling skills and experience with transaction diligence.
- 2-4 years in investment banking, private equity, or a similar analytical role.
- Exceptional analytical judgment and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for creating polished presentations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
