Associate, Investing Strategy

SNH Capital Partners is looking for an Associate to join their team in Austin, TX. In this role, you’ll be involved in sourcing and evaluating investments, building financial models, and working closely with portfolio companies. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in investment banking or private equity who wants to make a real impact in a collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and source new investment opportunities.
• Analyze and evaluate potential investments.
• Build complex financial models for transactions.
• Conduct industry research and market analysis.
• Prepare materials for investment committee meetings.
• Monitor portfolio companies and support value creation.

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• 1 to 2 years of investment banking or private equity experience.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Working knowledge of financial statements.
• LBO modeling expertise.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Self-starter who works well in a team.
