Associate, Investment (Asia Pacific ex. China and India)

Temasek is looking for an Associate to join their investment team in Singapore, focusing on opportunities in the Asia Pacific region, excluding China and India. This role involves supporting the sourcing, evaluation, and execution of investments, as well as monitoring portfolio performance. It’s a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic investment environment.

What You’ll Do

• Help find and evaluate investment opportunities across APAC markets
• Conduct research to understand market trends and develop investment theses
• Assist in due diligence and financial analysis
• Support the investment and divestment process with presentations and memos
• Monitor the performance of portfolio companies and engage in value creation initiatives

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience in private equity, investment banking, or corporate finance
• Strong analytical skills with a solid foundation in financial modeling and valuation
• Proficiency in research platforms like Bloomberg and Capital IQ
• Familiarity with AI-enabled research tools is a plus
