You’ll work closely with senior members, gaining valuable experience in underwriting, due diligence, and transaction execution. What You’ll Do
- Evaluate and manage new investment opportunities.
- Conduct market research and financial modeling.
- Review and negotiate transaction documents.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership.
- Support capital raising efforts and investor relations.
What You Need
- At least 3 years of experience in retail real estate acquisitions.
- Strong skills in financial modeling and analysis.
- Proficient in Argus Enterprise and Microsoft Office tools.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- A degree in finance, real estate, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
