Associate, Investment Associate

Albaron Partners is looking for an Investment Associate to join their team in New York. This role involves working on all aspects of the deal lifecycle, from identifying investment opportunities to supporting portfolio management. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in investment banking and private equity, and will be eager to contribute to the growth of healthcare services companies.

What You’ll Do

• Identify investment opportunities and develop investment theses
• Screen potential deals and prepare investment memos
• Perform financial modeling and valuation analyses
• Support due diligence processes across various workstreams
• Manage third-party advisors like accountants and attorneys
• Work with portfolio companies to monitor performance

What You Need

• 2-3 years of experience in investment banking
• 2-3 years of experience in private equity
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Strong skills in financial analysis and modeling
• Experience in memo writing and deal execution
• Knowledge of healthcare services sector is a plus
