Associate, Investment Associate

Brookstone Capital Management is looking for an Investment Associate to join their team in Wheaton, IL. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented and has a strong investment mindset. You will support Financial Advisors by helping them leverage Brookstone’s tools and investment models, ensuring they can provide exceptional value to their clients.

What You’ll Do

• Help Advisors navigate Brookstone’s investment platform and tools
• Assist in creating and implementing financial plans for clients
• Analyze client financials to develop tailored strategies
• Provide technical support for Advisors on trading and compliance
• Prepare customized reports and investment presentations
• Facilitate account onboarding and ensure compliance

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Financial Planning, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in Investment Management, preferably in a TAMP or RIA
• Familiarity with financial planning software and CRM platforms
• Strong understanding of investment products and portfolio management
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
