Associate, Investment Associate – Venture Investing

Conductive Ventures is looking for an Investment Associate to join their team in San Francisco. This role involves sourcing and connecting with innovative founders, especially in the AI space. You’ll get hands-on experience in venture capital, working closely with entrepreneurs and contributing to the firm’s growth. What You’ll Do

• Source and connect with unconventional entrepreneurs.
• Research emerging industries in AI and develop investment ideas.
• Meet with entrepreneurs and build long-term relationships.
• Lead due diligence efforts and shape deal terms.
• Stay updated on AI trends and tools.
• Work directly with founders on scaling challenges.
• Contribute to the firm’s media and thought leadership.

What You Need

• 3-5 years of work experience, ideally in a startup or tech company.
• Excited about finding and connecting with great founders.
• Good understanding of financial statements and ability to build financial models.
• Passionate about AI technology and its developments.
• Approachable and easy to connect with.
• Detail-oriented and intellectually curious.
