Associate, Investment Associate – Buyout & LBO Strategy

Fulcrum Equity Partners is looking for an Investment Associate to join their Atlanta team. In this role, you’ll support the investment process, evaluate opportunities, and work closely with portfolio companies. It’s a great chance to dive into the world of growth equity and make a real impact in the healthcare and technology sectors.

What You’ll Do

• Screen and evaluate potential investment opportunities.
• Review business plans and conduct due diligence.
• Perform financial analysis and modeling.
• Research industries and competitors related to investments.
• Prepare investment memoranda and presentation materials.
• Monitor portfolio company performance and assist in transactions.
• Help source new investment opportunities through networking.

What You Need

• 2-6 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or similar fields.
• Strong interest in technology and healthcare sectors.
• Excellent financial analysis and modeling skills.
• Detail-oriented with great written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong research abilities.
• Results-driven and able to work independently or in a team.
• Comfortable managing tight deadlines and multiple tasks.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
