Associate, Investment Associate

Keystone National Group is looking for an Investment Associate to join their Real Estate Team in Salt Lake City. This role involves supporting the firm’s investment activities across various platforms, including private credit and real estate equity. You will be involved in underwriting, financial analysis, and asset management, all while working closely with a collaborative team.

What You’ll Do

• Help with underwriting and due diligence for real estate investments.
• Perform financial modeling and analysis on investment opportunities.
• Present your findings to the team in both written and verbal formats.
• Work with brokers and partners to negotiate terms.
• Draft investment memorandums and presentations.
• Participate in Investment Committee discussions.
• Assist with managing existing investments and reporting to investors.

What You Need

• 1-4 years of experience in real estate private equity/credit, investment banking, or related finance field.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• Strong skills in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Good analytical abilities with a knack for financial modeling.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
