Associate, Investment Associate – Infrastructure & Energy Investing

Luxcara is looking for an Investment Associate to join their team in Hamburg. In this role, you’ll be involved in finding and analyzing investment opportunities in the clean energy sector. You’ll work closely with various stakeholders and help manage investments from start to finish. What You’ll Do

• Help find and evaluate new investment opportunities.
• Develop and analyze financial models.
• Lead due diligence and financing processes.
• Prepare materials for investment committee meetings.
• Engage with stakeholders and negotiate deals.
• Support the transition of investments to operational phases.
• Monitor portfolio assets and drive value creation.

What You Need

• Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in consulting, banking, or asset management.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong interest in infrastructure and energy markets.
