Associate, Investment Associate – Venture Investing

Motion Ventures is looking for a motivated Investment Associate to join their team in Singapore. In this role, you’ll work closely with experienced professionals to evaluate investment opportunities in the maritime sector. You’ll be involved in due diligence, preparing investment documentation, and collaborating with the team on deal execution. What You’ll Do

• Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities in the maritime industry
• Perform initial analysis of investment opportunities
• Conduct thorough financial, commercial, and operational due diligence
• Prepare and present investment memos and financial models
• Collaborate with the investment team in deal negotiations

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field
• Prior experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or management consulting
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
• Passion for innovation and entrepreneurship
