What You’ll Do

• Help find and evaluate new investment opportunities.
• Lead financial modeling and due diligence for investments.
• Prepare investor materials and quarterly updates.
• Coordinate fund administration and reporting processes.
• Work with portfolio companies on performance tracking and strategy.
• Conduct research to support investment decisions.
• Help develop internal systems as the firm grows.

What You Need

• 2-3 years of experience in investment banking or private equity.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Reliable, mature judgment, and proactive follow-through.
• Comfortable using modern analytical tools, including AI.

• Willingness to relocate to the Greater Seattle area.
