What You’ll Do
- Help clients open new accounts and gather necessary information
- Assist with fund transfers and securities transactions
- Monitor client accounts and provide updates on performance
- Research investment strategies and communicate them to clients
- Identify opportunities to enhance client relationships and increase revenue
What You Need
- 3+ years of experience as a Registered Client Associate or in a related field
- Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65) licenses
- Strong understanding of the stock market and various investment products
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
