Associate, Investment Associate

Rubicon Technology Partners is looking for an Investment Associate to join their team in the Denver area. In this role, you’ll be involved in sourcing and executing investments in software businesses. You’ll work closely with management teams to help drive growth and support portfolio companies. What You’ll Do

• Conduct financial modeling and valuation analysis.
• Analyze software companies’ growth metrics and competitive positioning.
• Manage due diligence processes for investments.
• Prepare investment memos and presentations for internal teams.
• Research software markets to identify potential investment opportunities.
• Support portfolio companies in driving growth initiatives.
• Assist with fundraising and maintaining internal systems.

What You Need

• 2+ years in investment banking, growth equity, private equity, or management consulting.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Good understanding of software business models and SaaS metrics.
• Excellent communication skills to present ideas clearly.
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
